Our Mission

Our Mission...

By God's grace, Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church is founded on God's inspired, errorless Word. Through God's Word and Sacraments we are dedicated to nurturing one another spiritually and to making all people disciples of Christ for eternity.

We seek to:

  • Worship the Lord each week with our fellow believers.
  • Grow in our knowledge of God's love for us.
  • Encourage each other as we strive to live God-pleasing lives.
  • Serve the Lord by using our God-given gifts to benefit others.
  • Nurture our children's knowledge and love for Jesus.
  • Share the love of Christ with those who don't know Him.

Worship the Savior

Every week we gather with our Peace family, a family of believers, to worship our Lord and Savior. Throughout the year, we worship together on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am. In the seasons of Advent and Lent, we hold midweek services on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm.

Grow in God's Love

Through our Bible studies, we gain a deeper understanding of the principles that guide our lives and a practical application of how to use them. We have a Family Bible Hour that meets each Sunday morning with Sunday School for the children and Bible Studies for Teens and Adults. Additional Bible Studies are held at various times throughout the year.

Serve the Lord

As Christians, we desire to serve the Lord with the talents and abilities he has given to us. We have many opportunities for service. Our Ladies Circle provides meals to families in need and organizes special dinners and events for the congregation. Our Altar Guild prepares our sanctuary for worship each week. The Youth Group and Boy & Girl Pioneers offer Bible study opportunities and activities for our youth. Our Music Ministry features opportunities to use our vocal and instrumental talents in praise of the Lord.

Share the Savior's Love

Our Lord commanded us to share His Word with all people. Our congregation supports Gospel outreach in mission fields at home and throughout the world through the work of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod.
